Terms and Conditions – 1 day free trial  

1. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with the standard membership and program terms and conditions of participating Y NSW centres.  

2. This promotion is available to new participants enrolling in eligible Y NSW Learn to Play, Gymnastics, swimming and JBA Skill programs during the promotional period.  

3. The promotion commences at 9am (AEST) on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 November 2026.  

4. Participants are eligible to redeem up to one complimentary trial classes  

5. The participant must enrol to their preferred class  

2. The participant has 5 days to cancel their enrolment following the trial class  

3. No fees will be charged until after the 5 day review period.  

4. Trial classes must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.  

5. Eligible programs include participating Learn to Play programs, Children’s swimming lessons, KinderGym and Recreational Gymnastics as well as Junior Basketball Academy Skills classes.  

6. Program availability, class schedules and participating centres are subject to availability and may vary by location.  

7. Complimentary trial classes and the free first enrolled class are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or any other benefit.  

8. Y NSW reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time, subject to applicable Australian laws.
