1. The promoter is the Y NSW – Broken Hill Integrated Wellness Centre. 

2. The offer is available exclusively to current Broken Hill Regional Aquatic Centre members whose memberships are ending as part of the Y NSW's transition from management of the facility. 

3. To redeem the offer, eligible members must join the Broken Hill Integrated Wellness Centre on an eligible direct debit fitness membership before 11:59pm on Thursday 16 July 2026. 

4. Eligible members must use promo code BHEOFY26 at the time of joining to receive the offer. 

5. This offer is available on eligible direct debit fitness memberships only and excludes paid-in-full memberships, fixed-term memberships, short-term memberships (including 3-month memberships), casual memberships, family memberships, Fitness Passport memberships, aquatic memberships, corporate memberships, fee assistance memberships, and any other non-direct debit membership products. 

6. Eligible members will receive: 

1. Four (4) weeks free membership; 

2. One (1) complimentary Wellness Consultation; and 

3. One (1) Children's Activity Pack. 

4. $0 Joining Fee 

7. The complimentary Wellness Consultation must be booked and attended by 31st August 2026. Any unused consultation will expire after this period. 

8. The Children's Activity Pack includes: 

1. One (1) complimentary child activity trial pass at the Y Broken Hill Integrated Wellness Centre; 
   Twenty percent (20%) off School Holiday Program bookings for up to two (2) children at the Y Broken Hill Integrated Wellness Centre if booked by 31 August 2026; and 
   Twenty percent (20%) off one (1) Children's Birthday Party booking at the Y Broken Hill Integrated Wellness Centre if booked by 31 August 2026. 

2. The Children's Activity Pack may be used for any eligible child and is not limited to the member's own child. This may include a child who is a family member, relative, friend, or otherwise nominated by the member, subject to applicable age requirements and program eligibility criteria. 

3. The twenty percent (20%) School Holiday Program discount is limited to a maximum of two (2) children per Children's Activity Pack and may only be applied to eligible bookings made by 31 August 2026. 

4. The complimentary child activity trial pass and School Holiday Program discount voucher must be redeemed by 31 August 2026. Any unused offers will expire after this date. 

5. The Children's Birthday Party discount voucher must be redeemed by 31 August 2026. Any unused offer will expire after this date. 

9. The complimentary child activity trial pass and School Holiday Program discount voucher must be redeemed by 31st August. Any unused offers will expire after this period. 

10. The Children's Birthday Party discount voucher must be redeemed by 31st August. Any unused offer will expire after this period. 

11. To redeem the Children's Birthday Party discount voucher, members must contact the Y Broken Hill Integrated Wellness Centre directly to make their booking. 

12. All offers are subject to program availability, capacity, age requirements, eligibility criteria, and booking requirements. 

13. The offer is limited to one (1) redemption per eligible member and one (1) Children's Activity Pack per membership. 

14. The offer, Wellness Consultation, and Children's Activity Pack are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

15. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, or special offer unless otherwise stated. 

16. Standard membership terms and conditions apply following the four (4) week free membership period.
