Our classes are suited to people of all levels of fitness from beginners to the seriously fit. We have timetables for each Health Club with more than 75 classes on offer, making it easier for you to find a class on at a time that suits you. Classes include; Conditioning, Boxing, Yoga, Cycle, Bootcamp and Les Mills Programs (Coming Soon)
