About our educators
Our coordinators and educators undergo a rigorous recruitment process and must:
- have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- pass a criminal history check
- have first aid qualifications.
We ensure all our educators satisfy regulatory requirements and work to best practices by providing regular professional development. Our services are all licensed and monitored to comply with the National Quality Framework, and we take part in ratings and assessments administered by the Early Childhood Education Directorate (ECECD).
