We are very excited to announce that the Wingham Memorial Swimming Pool will be opening for the 2020/21 season.
- The Centre will open for the season from Thursday 1st October for Lap Swimming
- Learn to Swim will commence from Monday 26th October
- Aqua Aerobics will commence from Monday 16th November
Due to the NSW Government Covid-19 restrictions the Y have implemented a number of safety processed to ensure your safety when visiting the centre. We are taking all possible steps to keep our staff and customers safe whilst in our centres. These include:
- Sneeze screens at cashier points
- Social distancing markers at queuing areas
- Signage and notices for customers in prominent locations throughout the centre
- Encouragement of contactless pay
- Hand sanitiser at the entry and key points throughout the centre
- Increased cleaning schedules
- Meeting physical distancing requirements
- Adhering to maximum numbers allowed in each space
- Maintaining a register of all people on site
- We request if you are unwell you do not attend the centre.
We ask that customers and staff do not attend the centre if they are unwell. Anyone who is observed to be reasonably displaying symptoms (for example persistent coughing) of illness will be politely asked to leave the centre.
Online bookings will not be required to access the centre, however you will be required to checkin upon entry to allow us to comply with current governement reguations.
