Weightlifting workshops:

The weightlifting workshop will be split into two different age groups 11-14 yrs and 15-25 years. The weightlifting workshops will teach young people how to use weight machines, how to perform correct technique in a variety of strength exercises and how to write a basic program. This will educate young people and give them the tools to exercise safely and efficiently.
