On Sunday the 12th of August (International Youth Day) the YMCA NSW held a health and wellbeing event at Mt Annan Leisure Centre. The event was the first of many events that was designed and coordinated by the Mt Annan Young Leaders Team.
The Young Leaders Team organised the event with the help of YMCA Mentors focusing on stress and how to reduce/manage stress levels. Participants enjoyed an hour long yoga session, morning tea and a stress management workshop run by the Community Engagement and Development Officer from Headspace Campbelltown.
