Named by our members, our new outdoor fitness training area, "The Yard", features a large open air training area with brand new equipment. If you enjoy training outdoors in the sunshine and fresh air, then The Yard is perfect for you.
With a wide range of opening times and YMCA programs utilising the new area, The Yard is perfect for anyone wanting to mix up their training with outdoor circuit and bodyweight conditioning. Speak to our Fitness or Customer Service Team for our new timetable!
The Mount Annan Leisure Centre Challenge Series has kicked off. There will be a new fitness challenge every month for you to participate in! Speak to a Fitness Trainer to get involved.
