Here at YMCA Hawkesbury Stadium, we have the facilities to ensure your event is successful big or small! 2 x Large Stadiums and 2 x rooms for Hire

The facility

The Hawkesbury Indoor Stadium is located in South Windsor, which is just one hour from Sydney’s CBD

Stadiums/Halls

Rooms

Hall 1 - 75.5m width x 36m depth (the size of four basketball courts)

Hall 2 - 38.5m width x 31.8m depth (the size of two basketball courts)

Mezzanine Room - 21m long x 9m depth. 

Meeting Room -

Features include: 

  • Space is available 48 weeks per year (Centre closed for Christmas and Public Holidays)
  • Competitively low hire rates per hour 
  • Equipment storage space + fixed shelving for clients bags 
  • Space for small office area
  • Clients have access to purchase food, drink and coffee facilities at our Kiosk
  • Large carpark on one level
  • Fully air-conditioned space + Centre has toilets, showers/changerooms.
  • The stadium has on-site AED, first aid and at reception staff available during the hours of your room hire. All staff are first aid trained and have WWCCs.
  • Your programs have the opportunity to be advertised through our YMCA Hawkesbury social media networks

  • Very large facility. Has the flexibility to cater for all events big or small.
  • Free 181 car park spaces including 3 bus spaces and additional street parking which has no timed parking restrictions
  • Flexibility in food & drink catering options upon request as YMCA manages its own large kiosk. Our kiosk has catered for 2000+ people in attendance at major sporting tournaments.
  • Bus shuttle can be organised from Windsor Station for large events
  • We can advertise your event to our patrons at both the Hawkesbury Indoor Stadium and the Hawkesbury Oasis Aquatic and Fitness Centre which is in excess of 250,000 visits per year. Based on the size and nature of the event, we can advertise your event through Hawkesbury Council media outlets to the Greater Hawkesbury Community

*Meeting room is free of charge for all Hall 1 and whole facility bookings. Whole facility bookings also comes with option to use
