Following multiple flood events this year, Camden War Memorial Pool remains closed with significant works needed to repair the damage from unprecedented flooding.
Camden Council is working with experts to get the pool back up and running for our members. However, due to contractor, supply and equipment availability, the council has advised repair works are not expected to be completed and the pool reopened until early 2023.
The works are being conducted to ensure the pool is safe for the community to enjoy again.
Here at the Y NSW, the health, safety and wellbeing of our members are our top priorities, and we continue to work closely with Camden Council to ensure the best outcomes for our community.
