  • YMCA Dads, Mums & Bubs

    With this program, your baby is no impediment to fitness. If they’re five years or under just bring them with you! While you enjoy a structured Y training session together and the chance to connect with other parents, your child is safe in a pram next to you or being supervised by our staff.

  • YMCA Family Boxing

    The focus is on fitness, fun and togetherness with the Y’s unique family-friendly boxing class. Designed for people aged 11 and above, and taught by our expert instructors, it incorporates elements of boxing and circuit classes for all all-over workout.

  • YMCA Family Class

    At the Y, we know that families who play together stay together. Incorporating running, stretching, agility exercises, obstacle courses, boxing, ball games and more, this familyfriendly fitness program helps you strengthen family bonds by exercising and having fun with your children, and being a role model for healthy living.

  • YMCA Family Fitness

    Share good times together as a family and get fit for free with this fun community program. The Y’s Family Fitness class enables parents, their children (from age five) and friends to be active together through diverse exercise-based activities and games that build healthy lifestyles and strong relationships.

  • YMCA Family Spin

    Exercising as a family is great for motivation, support and togetherness. For anyone aged 12 and above, the Y’s Family Spin program is a non-impact indoor cycle class that burns fat while you have fun. No coordination is required, and sessions cater for all ability and fitness levels.

  • Family Zumba®

    Zumba® combines dance, fitness and fun in one addictive package, making it the perfect choice as an activity for families to enjoy together. Fusing hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-tofollow moves, this class is suitable for anyone, regardless of fitness level, so bring the whole family along.
