The Y NSW is a vibrant, not-for-profit organisation that believes in the power of inspired young people. We are proud to be part of the oldest and one of the largest youth organisations in the world, YMCA, and to deliver cause-driven programs that help strengthen young people’s lives, their families and the communities in which they live.
Our diverse services include gymnastics, learn to swim, aquatics, swimming lessons, vacation care, camping, indoor sports, children's services, health and fitness, before and after school care, youth and community programs. We are also proudly a Duke of Edinburgh Activity Provider.
Our wide range of health and fitness centres offer group fitness classes, Les Mills Classes, spin classes, bootcamp, Yoga & Pilates Classes, Pryme Movers, Teen Fitness Classes, Personal Training, and Small Group Training.
There is also a wide range of Sports Competitions on offer at the Y, including Badminton, Basketba
Giving back to our local communities is a big part of what we do. The Y NSW’s benevolent youth and community programs, including Youth Parliament, and Streetgym are partly funded through memberships and fees from our community recreation centres and OSHC services.
